ACIR: Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental Relations

AFFA Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing: It’s purpose is to enforce social justice standards in communities by requiring agencies that apply for HUD Grants to have a balanced mix of ethnicity and income/poverty levels evenly distributed within the community.

AFT American Farmland Trust: A non government organization originally created to protect farmlands from Federal control which has now shifted to acquisition of farmland by the Federal government.

Agenda 21: A comprehensive blueprint for the reorganization of human society that was planned for the world by the United Nations.

APA American Planning Association: A non government organization that engages in physical, economic and social planning. They create legislation and planning practices which threaten private property rights.

Bloc Grants: Money compiled by taxing the citizens, then rolled into a lump sum to be offered back to the communities it was taken from with stipulations attached to ensure compliance of the demands of the dictators.

Buffer Zones: Land surrounding wilderness areas that permit only limited and strictly controlled human access.

CCE: The Center for Civic Education. A non government organization whose mission is to transform the idea of teaching in a sovereign state, to teaching Democracy Globally, Internationally, and Comparatively.

CDR: Council on Domestic Relations.

COG: Council of Government, a created layer of government to control the people, the land, and the economy within an area drawn up by political borders.

Clean Water Act: It’s proposed purpose was to regulate discharges into the water and to serve as a pollution control program, but has turned into a “sustainable development” enforcement policy with the result of usurping private property and restricting common farm and ranching practices,

Core Reserves: Wilderness areas that allow biodiversity to flourish and are made up of millions of acres land.

Council of State Governments: A 501(c)(3) private organization that promotes worldwide “sustainable” zoning.

DOT: Department of Transportation

EPA: Environmental Protection Agency.

Eminent Domain: The confiscation of private property for the building of private enterprises for the express purpose of raising tax revenues.

Equity: Redistribution of wealth. Creating equal outcomes for all regardless of whether a person works for what they have.

Global Governance: Governing all of the world’s people under the rule of one worldwide administration.

HUD: Housing and Urban Development.

IBC: International Building Codes. These enforce “sustainable development” rules and are being adopted in most communities

ICC: International Code Council. An international set of “sustainability” standards based on a one size fits all set of regulations.

ICLEI: International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives. A dominant non government organization (NGO), that operates in American cities, providing the tools to reorganize local government to incorporate “sustainable development” policies into nearly every local decision.

IECC: International Energy Conservation Code. A model for energy efficiency codes.

IUCN: International Union for Conservation and Nature. A non government organization that influences the United Nations Environmental Program Policy, and provides the philosophy, objectives, and methodology for the international environment agenda.

Center for Sustainable Communities (Green Step Cities): Advances an ideology merging aspects of socialism with that of green politics, ecology and alter-globalization or anti-globalization.
NAACP: National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.

NGO: Non Government Organization

National Association of Counties: A private 501(c)(3) organization with affiliates in all 50 States, representing more than half of the counties in America. They establish the Joint Center for Sustainable Communities along with the U.S. Conference of Mayors.

National Conference of State Legislatures: A 501(c)(3) private organization that works to implement federal programs into state policy.

National Governors Association: A 501(c)(3) private organization. They advocate for Smart Growth programs, more benefits for illegals, block workfare requirements for welfare recipients.

National Heritage Areas: The regulation of private property use by a broad program of federal land use controls.

National League of Cities: A private 501(c)(3) organization, representing more than 1,400 dues paying communities. They support gun control and oppose any restrictions of Government taking private land.

PCSD: President’s Council on Sustainable Development. Created by Bill Clinton in 1993 to impose Agenda 21.

Regional Governance: Replacing the geographical borders of our cities, townships, counties, and states with political borders, then appointing boards of commission to govern them, eliminating the election of governing officials which leave the community without representation. This is a necessary tool to achieve Global Governance.

Sierra Club: Promotes use of alternative energy, sounds the alarm of climate change, invests heavily in environmental programs, and works to promote regional government which takes local control away from cities, townships and counties.

Smart Growth: The official policy of the U.S. Conference of Mayors. It is the farthest-reaching plan for the “sustainable development” transformation of human society. The word “smart” is an acronym; S-Specific, M-Measurable, A-Achievable, R-Relevant, T-Time Oriented.

Social Engineering: Psychological manipulation of people into performing actions or divulging confidential informaiton.

Social Justice: The redistribution of wealth. The demand that everyone should have identical resources, privileges, housing, education, etc., regardless of the effort they put into working for them.

Sustainable Development: An agenda to control the economy and the population by focusing every issue of life’s concern around climate change, redistribution of wealth, social, racial and environmental concerns, whether real or fictitious.

U.S. Conference of Mayors: A 501(c)(3) private organization whose member cities have ` populations over 30,000. They establish the Joint Center for Sustainable Communities along with the National Association of Counties.

Urban Environment Accords: A required set of actions that must be met by cities after a mayor signs a “Green Cities Declaration.”

WRI World Resources Institute: A non government organization that influences United Nation Environmental Program Policy and provides the philosophy, objectives, and methodology for the international environment agenda.

WWF World Wide Fund for Nature: A non government organization that influences the United Nations Environmental Program Policy, and provides the philosophy, objectives, and methodology for the international environment agenda.

Watershed: Any land that catches or accumulates rainfall across or under the landscape. The entire face of the earth can be classified as a watershed.

Wildlands Project: The nationalization of private land to create a transformation of one half of America’s land into preserves for wilderness and wildlife.
